Terry McHugh has led significant innovation and growth initiatives in the energy and chemical sectors for over 25 years. His extensive experience in refining, catalyst technologies, and sustainable fuels aligns with Blue Tide’s commitment to driving innovation in environmental sustainability. He has held several key leadership positions, including the Vice President and Global Head of Product Line Hydroprocessing Catalysts and Adsorbents at Evonik Corporation, where he was instrumental in the integration of Porocel International into Evonik’s global catalyst business line, as well as serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Porocel International, where he oversaw global operations and drove significant business growth for nearly a decade. McHugh holds an MBA in finance from the University of Denver, as well as both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Idaho.

Bryce Buckley joined Blue Tide in 2021 and serves as the company’s Chief Accounting Officer. Bryce has 20 years of accounting experience, largely within the context of public companies, including EnLink Midstream, Blucora Inc., Cash America International, and StanCorp Financial Group. During his career, Bryce’s areas of focus have included financial and operational accounting, SEC reporting, and investor relations. In addition, Bryce has led numerous complex technical accounting projects, including the implementation of the newly issued revenue recognition, lease accounting, and credit loss rules, as well as the accounting for multiple business combinations. Bryce earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Sinan Kucuk joined Blue Tide in 2026 and currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer. With over 16 years of international experience in the lubricants industry across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, Sinan leads Blue Tide’s commercial strategy, including feedstock supply, product sales and marketing, supply chain, and customer operations.

Sinan previously held senior leadership roles at Shell, managing base oil supply and commercial operations across global markets. Before Shell, he led logistics and import/export operations at Toyota Automotive Manufacturing. Sinan is recognized for his ability to align strategic vision with execution, build high-performing teams, and drive growth through strong partner engagement. Sinan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

As Senior Vice President of Feedstocks & Refinery Sales, Steve Lewis oversees the sourcing of UMO and VGO feedstocks and leads the sales and marketing of re-refined products, including Group II/II+ base oils and specialty products. With over 30 years in the environmental and oil recycling industries, he has led commercial sales teams across North America and developed deep expertise in feedstock acquisition, base oil marketing, terminal operations, product distribution, logistics infrastructure and leveraged trading firm relationships to access broader distribution networks for UMO, VGO, and specialty fuels.

Steve has been instrumental in marketing base oils and other recycled products to major oil companies, aligning offerings with their quality and commercial standards. His experience spans a broad range of products—including base oils, VGO, distillates, flux asphalt extenders, and recycled fuel oils—supported by a strong supply network across the U.S. and Canada. He holds a BS in Communication and Business Management from Eastern Michigan University.

Felicia Lyle joined Blue Tide in 2022 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Marketing. With nearly two decades of professional leadership experience, Felicia brings a wealth of expertise in human resources management, excelling in both startup environments and well-established companies. Prior to her tenure at Blue Tide, she served as the HR Director at Woodland Midstream II, where she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR programs and policies, as well as overseeing the successful transition and acquisition of over fifty employees. Earlier in her career, Felicia managed human resources for Caprock Midstream, a startup private equity-backed company, where she was instrumental in expanding the team from five to over fifty employees, while establishing essential practices and procedures to support the company’s rapid growth. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University and is a Senior Certified Professional, credentialed by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her deep commitment to treating people as individuals, rather than just numbers, underscores her dedication and success in the field of human resources.

Ramón joined Blue Tide on May 16, 2024, as the VP of Technology and Excellence Manager. Ramón is from Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez Campus with a Chemical Engineering degree. He has over 16 years of industry experience with Shell and maintains his PE license. In his Shell career, he held several roles in the Technology organization supporting Process Engineering Project and Studies, Process Safety, Process Engineering, and the Chemicals Laboratory. Ramón enjoys collaborating with others to generate ideas and initiatives that lead to positive results and improvements to the bottom line.

Robert joined Blue Tide in May 2022 and is now Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Strategy. As the supply chain lead for the re-refinery business, Robert is responsible for implementing an effective and efficient supply chain strategy ensuring continuous refinery operations that meet or exceed customer demand. Robert is also a key partner to sales, working closely with the commercial team to ensure effective commercial relationships with suppliers and customers are in place to sustain uninterrupted refinery operations. Before joining Blue Tide, Robert spent over two decades in the supply chain space leading procurement functions, logistics analysis, and S&OP processes at multiple fortune 500 companies, including Safety-Kleen, Dean Foods, Dr. Pepper Snapple, and Saputo Dairy Foods.
